How To Make Homemade Vegan Almond Milk For Healthier Teeth!

I was first introduced to the idea of soaking nuts to make them healthier for my oral and physical health almost 2 years ago when I got the news of cavities and periodontal disease. The book Cure Tooth Decay provided AMAZING insight into how diet impacts oral health and what can be done through food to remineralize and care for teeth.

It was then that I learned that the nuts that I love to eat so much had high levels of phytic acid and I needed to sprout them in order to make them more digestible and healthy for the teeth healing process. There are several different ways to eat sprouted nuts (raw & via almond butter are my favorite ways) but today I am showing you how I make Almond Milk with it!

I have come across a number of people who feel that it is impossible to reverse periodontal disease and cavities but nothing is impossible for God. I have seen numerous stories where healing has occurred and I know that God is no respect a person.

Yes, it will take loads of dedication to eat the type of diet to make an impact (which I have struggled with) but I am making steady changed to get there!
