In college, I was told something so simple yet so profound. The BEST exercise/workout to do is the one that you enjoy and will stick to! There is NO POINT in committing to a workout or exercise plan that you find no enjoyment in. That is one of the quickest ways to not only fall off the bandwagon but to get so discouraged, disappointed, and disillusioned that you never get back on!
