here to help you be your best self
You + Them + Me= Our Story

You are absolutely magnetic, one of a kind. I understand that you are well-rounded and have a lot to offer the world. Beautiful, sophisticated, and educated all rolled into one package. I think it is awesome that you are well respected and those in your circle trust you! Having a great sense of humor and loving new and unique experiences makes you the perfect fit for this community!

You have a love for Jesus, and that love shows in your words, deeds, and character. Like you, the women in this tribe are ALWAYS willing to search their heart and the word of God for deeper understanding. Many people may not understand your convictions, and that leaves you a bit isolated at times, but that’s okay. You live for an audience of one!

Motivated doesn’t begin to describe you. You started your own purpose project, take a very hands-on approach to your career, are an avid reader, and are highly attracted to materials that will grow you into a stronger wife, businesswoman, and Christian. You care about your health and do your best to be a good steward of your temple.

Quality is important to you and you don’t mind investing in what you want. You are drawn to relationships that are genuine and allow you to be creative and spontaneous. The thought of being normal and traditional is super boring in your eyes.

As amazing as you are if I looked into your journal I know I would discover that you have struggles of your own. I know that you have really big dreams and not a lot of people understand that.  People perceive that your confidence comes naturally when the truth is it was developed through trial by fire. You are such an optimistic person but constantly fight against thoughts that you aren’t good enough, that you don’t know enough, that you will fail. The deepest parts of you want to walk in God’s purpose for your life, and ironically that makes you second guess yourself a lot. You are not afraid of failure, but getting out of purpose makes you nervous.

The Fitness JEM was created out of a need to help amazing women overcome their struggles and walk in their divine calling. With over 5,000 promises in the bible, this community is here to help women …

(1) Increase their ability to believe in themselves  (2)Identify and maintain healthy relationships (3) Learn to listen and follow God (4)Identify and pursue their purposes (5) Stay strong, healthy, and fit

Jená Emily Utley is a Holistic Lifestyle Maven, Possibility Trainer, speaker, brand builder, and proud wife. In 2010, she graduated summa cum laude from The University of Tennessee majoring in Exercise Science with a minor in Business Administration. She then went on to earn a masters in Kinesiology with a concentration in Exercise Physiology.

As a National Qualified Fitness competitor, she uses her holistic approach to health as a way to praise God and keep her temple in order. In late 2016, with 8 years of experience as a trainer, Jená evolved The Fitness JEM to not only help her tribe improve their bodies but to improve their confidence and their ability to manifest success. Jená saw that women in her tribe were obtaining results in their health but were struggling with fear, doubt, overwhelm, hearing from God, and career fulfillment. As a result, she created programs to help her community get fit, improve their confidence, learn how to tap into their divine power that comes from Christ, and teach them to create their own purpose projects.

She is a huge proponent of practicing moderation not deprivation, infusing healthy habits into all areas of life, praying daily, and consistently plugging into a supportive community of elevated thinkers! Her ultimate mission is to help her tribe manifest a fit mind, body, and understanding of God’s promises. Go ahead and check out her personal Instagram and Youtube!

“For physical training is of some value, but godliness has value for all things, holding promise for both the present life and the life to come.” 1 Timothy 4:8

Before we go any further, there are some things you must know About me!

My name is Jená (pronounced juh-NAY). DON’T call me Jenna or Gina! Lawd knows, so many people get it wrong when they first meet me! My epidemiology professor (which I had for BOTH undergrad and grad school mind you) said my name wrong so many times I stopped correcting him. One day, the class yelled at him about it, and he never got it wrong again. I digress…

I can eat a whole Lemon Meringue pie by myself. And NO, I do not like to share it. If I share with you, it means I LOVE you.

Most of the time, I literally scream when I laugh! It’s a pretty good idea to wear earplugs around me.

I see the beauty in starting over! Not too long ago, I shaved my hair off because it was being disrespectful. I needed a new start and I took it!

One of my absolute favorite things to do is run around the house playing Wrestlemania with my hubby. OH YEAH BROTHER!!! (You should have heard Hulk Hogan in your head when you read that!)

I spontaneously burst into full out dance routines, in public! To which my husband gives me the side-eye.

I am obsessed with adventure, spontaneity, and innovative people, places, and things. My hubby and I once went on a cross country trip that took 13 days, and we hit 11 states. I can’t wait to do it again!

I LOVE sushi but Poke is my new jam!

I’m a multipotentialite and let me tell you that it is very challenge at times! Good things I have cultivated the skill of one task at a time.

I have a “GIRL BYE” policy for all liars, complainers, lazy-daisies, and negative people. Now would be a great time for you to find your way to the exit button if you fit the bill!

Jesus is my friend, savior, homeboy, healer… He is my EVERYTHANG!

Odd numbers annoy me sometimes, so I had to make this extra point to be even-steven.
